A Star On A Plate: Danish Food With A Twist

HYGGE: More a Feeling than a WordI am a Danish chef who is dedicated to creating simple yet delicious recipes that embrace the warm feeling of "hygge". I created this cookbook using fresh and simple ingredients and spices, mostly from my garden. All the recipes contained in this cookbook were inspired by the Danish countryside and culture, and from my family's encouragement.There is a wide array of recipes ranging from salads, meat dishes, soups, and desserts. When choosing ingredients for each of the dishes, the intention was to keep it simple, yet create new flavors. This cookbook is completely nut free. Therefore, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds were used in substitution to still achieve the nutty flavor.I enjoyed creating the recipes from scratch and watching them come to life and I hope you will enjoy cooking along with me and enjoy the delicious food you are going to make.
